Office Assistant (Indians Preferred)
Our company is seeking a competent and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with day-to-day office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain and update company records, including employee information, inventory, and office supplies
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and bookkeeping
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, including computers, printers, and telephones
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month. Accommodation will be provided.
