A reputable education center in Manama, Bahrain is seeking a qualified and experienced Tutor to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or new graduates looking to kick start their teaching career.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with students of various ages and levels.
- Plan and develop individualized lesson plans according to students' learning needs and goals.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and assessments.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage and motivate students.
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share resources and ideas.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Strong knowledge in the subject area(s) being tutored.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work well with diverse learners.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month. Additionally, the selected candidate will receive paid training opportunities and ongoing professional development support.

Location:
This position is based in Manama, Bahrain.

Contract Details:
This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance. The working hours will be flexible based on the availability of students. The contract will also include paid vacation time.
