Temporary Barista

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Isa Town on a temporary basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving quality coffee, tea, and other beverages to our customers. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or individuals without experience who are looking to gain valuable skills in the food and beverage industry. Visa sponsorship is available for those who require it.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and more
- Ensure quality control by following recipes and maintaining high standards of presentation
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment at all times
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
- A passion for coffee or previous training in specialty coffee is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:
This is a temporary position with a salary of $1500 per month.
