Driver Supervisor

The Driver Supervisor will oversee a team of drivers to ensure timely and safe transportation of goods and passengers. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as experience in driving large vehicles and managing a team. The ideal candidate will also be able to communicate effectively with clients and handle any issues that may arise during transportation. This position is based in Ar Rumaythiyah and is open to Egyptian nationals with experience in driving and supervision. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of drivers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Ensure all drivers adhere to company policies and procedures
- Schedule routes for drivers and allocate resources efficiently
- Monitor driver performance, including timeliness, safety, and customer service
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during transportation
- Maintain accurate records of driver schedules, routes, and vehicle maintenance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in driving large vehicles (such as trucks or buses)
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus)
- Good knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Must be physically fit for long hours of driving
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Salary: 1200$ monthly
