Baker (Contract)

The ideal candidate for this position will be a skilled and experienced Baker with a passion for creating delicious baked goods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of products such as bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. You will also be in charge of maintaining inventory levels, ensuring the freshness and quality of products, and following food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional Baker
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if needed

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, icings, and other ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Monitor product quality during the baking process
- Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and attention to detail
- Maintain inventory levels by ordering ingredients when needed
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of all products
- Follow food safety regulations at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

This is a contract position located in Isa Town with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation will also be provided.
