Dietitian

As a Dietitian in our healthcare facility, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring the dietary and nutritional needs of our patients. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized nutrition plans for patients based on their medical conditions, allergies, and dietary restrictions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' dietary needs and develop appropriate nutrition plans
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to their nutrition plans as needed
- Educate patients on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes to improve their overall health
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Keep accurate records of patient information and progress
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of dietetics
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to nutrition therapy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Dietitian in a healthcare setting
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret nutritional data
- Knowledge of different medical conditions and their impact on dietary needs
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
