Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries and locations of structures, roads, and other features. You will use specialized equipment and tools to collect data and create accurate maps, plans, and reports. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of surveying techniques and principles.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various methods such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze previous survey data, maps, deeds, and legal documents to determine property boundaries
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in survey data and make necessary adjustments
- Create detailed maps, plans, and reports based on collected data
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers or architects on projects requiring land surveying services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in the use of land surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing accurate results
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Ar-Ruwais (Indian nationals preferred)
