We are hiring an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. This role is suitable for men and requires excellent English speaking skills. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will support the smooth functioning of our office by handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain a filing system for documents and records
- Order office supplies as needed
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting
- Liaise with vendors and service providers
- Manage travel arrangements for employees
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1400 per month.
