Merchandiser for Fashion Retail Store in Lusail, Qatar

Our retail store in Lusail is seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and maintaining our store's inventory to attract and engage customers. This is an urgent position with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Create eye-catching displays in accordance with brand guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability for customers
- Collaborate with buyers to select merchandise that aligns with current fashion trends and customer preferences
- Conduct regular store walks to ensure merchandise is displayed correctly and in good condition
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make necessary adjustments to displays
- Train sales associates on visual merchandising techniques and product knowledge

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the fashion retail industry
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency is preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
- Valid residence permit or visa sponsorship available

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
