Administrative Assistant for English Speaking Company in Umm-Said

We are a leading English speaking company in Umm-Said and we are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support to the team. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. Preference will be given to Pakistani or Malayalee applicants with legal authorization to work in Umm-Said.
