Administrative Assistant in Umm-Said, Qatar
We are in need of a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company, ensuring efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for company executives.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for company employees.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working on multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Fluency in Urdu or other Pakistani languages is a plus.
