Sales Manager - Medina, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with clients. Your main duties will include identifying new business opportunities, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential threats or opportunities
- Conduct training sessions for sales representatives to improve their skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month as well as commission based on performance. This is a contract position with the opportunity for extension. Accommodation will not be provided but we can assist with finding suitable housing. We are looking for someone who is currently residing in Medina or has their own visa. Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
