Construction Manager


We are in need of an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to coordinating and supervising workers on site.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, with strong leadership and project management skills. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met
- Manage budgets and expenses, providing regular updates to senior management
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Supervise workers on site to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Prepare progress reports and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track
- Manage client relationships, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Monitor compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
