We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all daily operations of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff members to maintain high-quality service standards
- Create and maintain staff schedules, taking into account business needs
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or improve existing ones
- Schedule regular maintenance for equipment to ensure its proper functioning

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Muscat, Oman
