Restaurant Manager (Abu-Dhabi)
As a Restaurant Manager in Abu-Dhabi, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing the staff, creating work schedules, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory levels. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests have a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Create and maintain work schedules for all employees
- Train new employees on policies, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and industry best practices
- Ability to handle high-stress situations in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Must have a biometric passport for travel purposes (African candidates preferred)
- Must be willing to relocate to Abu-Dhabi (accommodation provided)
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
