Carpenter vacancy in Al-Khor Qatar

Carpenter - Al-Khor, Qatar

We are in need of a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various tools and materials and be able to read blueprints and follow specific instructions. This is an urgent position with the possibility of part-time work. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and drawings to determine specifications and materials needed
- Cut, shape, and smooth lumber according to measurements
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Use hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels, levels, and drills to complete projects
- Inspect structures for damage or defects and make necessary repairs
- Follow safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Proficient in using various hand and power tools
- Knowledge of building materials and their properties
- Physical stamina to work long hours in different weather conditions
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
1500$ per month
