Construction Project Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to final completion. You will work closely with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage all phases of construction projects
- Develop project timelines and budgets and monitor progress
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications
- Negotiate contracts with contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control
- Oversee project progress meetings with stakeholders
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in El-Ain
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1600$ per month
