We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Indian restaurant, we are looking for someone who is familiar with Indian cuisine and has prior experience working in a similar role. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in a high-end establishment. The main responsibilities include overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and developing new menu items, managing inventory and food costs, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards. The candidate must also have excellent leadership skills to manage and train kitchen staff. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment based on performance. Graduates with relevant culinary degrees and fluent English speakers are preferred. A salary of $1000 will be offered to the right candidate.
