Retail Merchandiser
Location: Salalah, Oman


We are hiring a Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and marketed in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to make informed decisions on product placement and pricing
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional campaigns and events to drive product awareness
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked on shelves at all times
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Train and supervise store staff on visual merchandising techniques to maintain brand standards
- Create eye-catching displays that highlight product features and benefits to attract customers' attention
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company guidelines for product placement, pricing, and promotion

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Retail Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent knowledge of visual merchandising techniques, marketing concepts, and consumer behavior
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, you will have the opportunity for growth within our company.
