Entry-Level Merchandiser in Isa Town, Bahrain



Our company is seeking a passionate and driven Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing visual merchandising strategies in order to increase sales and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create visual merchandising plans that align with our brand image and marketing campaigns
- Ensure that all merchandise displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized according to company standards
- Use creativity and innovation to come up with new ideas for displays that will attract customers and drive sales
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the purchasing department to ensure timely restocking of merchandise
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure that all displays are maintained properly and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Train store employees on proper visual merchandising techniques and provide ongoing support as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor's visual merchandising strategies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is preferred
- No prior experience required, but experience in retail or visual merchandising is a plus
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1800 per month.
