Land Surveyor in Abu Dhabi

We are a well-established construction company in Abu Dhabi and we are currently seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available, suitable for men from India who are looking for job opportunities in the UAE.

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data to support construction projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure that project plans are accurately implemented on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Prepare survey reports and accurately record measurements and data
- Analyze survey data to create detailed drawings, maps, and charts
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure project plans are accurately implemented on site
- Monitor construction progress and provide updates on any changes or discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while working on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in operating surveying tools and equipment
- Knowledge of CAD software for creating detailed drawings and maps
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in English
