Waiter/Waitress in Medina, Saudi Arabia


We are looking for a skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a waiter/waitress, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will also be responsible for handling payments and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Experience working as a waiter/waitress
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Experience handling payments and using POS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferably with a hospitality or related degree)
- Indian nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly during their meal
- Handle payments using cash or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
