Merchandiser



We are a leading retail company in Dar Kulaib and we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the inventory levels of our products in various stores. You will also play a key role in creating and implementing visual merchandising strategies to attract and engage customers.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Communicate with store managers to identify sales trends and customer preferences
- Create visually appealing displays to showcase products
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product assortment and pricing
- Train store staff on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and maintaining store appearance
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and consumer behavior

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with store managers and staff
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail software programs
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Salary: $1500 per month with accommodation provided. This is an urgent position so immediate availability is preferred. We welcome candidates from all nationalities.
