We are hiring a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating and arranging beautiful floral designs for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, funerals, and other events. Your main duties will include selecting and purchasing flowers, designing and creating arrangements, and providing excellent customer service.

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for flowers and a strong eye for detail. You must also have excellent communication skills to understand clients' preferences and provide them with the perfect floral arrangements. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Selecting and purchasing flowers from suppliers
- Designing and creating floral arrangements based on clients' preferences
- Maintaining inventory of flowers, plants, and other supplies
- Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and offering advice on floral options
- Ensuring all orders are completed accurately and delivered on time
- Decorating event spaces with floral designs
- Maintaining cleanliness of work area
- Following health and safety guidelines when handling flowers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Understanding of color combinations and design principles
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills
