Part-Time Gardener

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Gardener to maintain and enhance the gardens of our private residence in Dar Kulaib. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for performing a variety of gardening tasks, including planting, pruning, weeding, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate should have a passion for horticulture, excellent knowledge of plants and gardening techniques, and the ability to work independently. This position offers flexible working hours and a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and care for the gardens according to established standards.
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed.
- Prune and trim plants to ensure their health and aesthetic appeal.
- Weed garden beds regularly to keep them free from unwanted plants.
- Water plants as needed to ensure they thrive in different weather conditions.
- Fertilize plants at appropriate times to promote growth.
- Monitor garden pests and diseases, taking appropriate action to control them.
- Keep garden tools clean and well-maintained.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, raking leaves, and cleaning walkways.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of different plant types and their care requirements.
- Ability to identify common garden pests and diseases.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in horticulture or related field.
- Previous experience working in private residences or luxury properties.
