Legal Adviser

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our company on various matters including contracts, regulations, and compliance. You will work closely with our internal teams and external clients to ensure that all legal requirements are met and risks are managed effectively. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the legal system in Abu Dhabi and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to the company on a variety of matters including contracts, regulations, and compliance
- Review and draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company's operations
- Conduct legal research as needed to support decision making
- Advise on potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them
- Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary
- Liaise with external legal counsel as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance across all departments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of the legal system in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary: 1800$

Location: Abu Dhabi (Preference for Indian candidates)
