Legal Adviser


We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to clients on various legal matters. This includes researching and analyzing laws and regulations, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research on legal issues and providing sound legal advice to clients
- Drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Assisting with the preparation of legal briefs and arguments
- Providing guidance on compliance with laws and regulations
- Reviewing and analyzing contracts and other legal documents
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Adviser or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

City:
This position is based in Abu Dhabi.

Nationality Preference:
We welcome applicants of all nationalities for this position. However, preference will be given to Egyptian candidates.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required for this position.
