Business Coach - Al-Khor, Qatar


We are hiring a motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals and businesses to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct coaching sessions with clients to identify areas for improvement and set achievable goals
- Develop personalized coaching plans tailored to the needs of each client
- Provide support and motivation to clients to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals
- Use various coaching techniques such as questioning, goal-setting, and action planning
- Monitor progress of clients and adjust coaching plans as needed
- Offer advice and guidance on business strategies, marketing techniques, financial management, and other related topics
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in order to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Business Coach or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions
- Knowledge of business strategies, marketing techniques, financial management, and other related topics
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Fluency in English is preferred
- Indian nationality is preferred but not required
