Business Coach


We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals and businesses in achieving their goals and maximizing their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial assessments to identify the needs and goals of clients
- Developing personalized coaching plans based on individual or business objectives
- Providing one-on-one coaching sessions to clients, either in person or through virtual platforms
- Helping clients develop effective strategies for growth and success
- Identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable feedback
- Assisting with goal-setting, time management, and accountability for progress
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting coaching strategies as needed
- Networking with potential clients and promoting services through various channels

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Coach or similar role, preferably in a consultancy or coaching setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of individuals
- Knowledge of various business strategies, techniques, and best practices
- Ability to identify challenges and provide practical solutions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Coaching, or a relevant field
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This is a contract position based in Al-Khor. Accommodation will not be provided.
