Business Coach


We are seeking an experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. This role is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian and African candidates. As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to entrepreneurs and business owners in order to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance. Your role will involve conducting coaching sessions, identifying areas for improvement, and developing action plans for clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to assess their current business practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop customized action plans for each client based on their individual needs and goals.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as they implement changes and improvements in their business.
- Help clients develop effective strategies for marketing, sales, operations, and financial management.
- Monitor client progress and provide feedback on areas that need further improvement.
- Collaborate with other coaches and consultants within the organization to share insights and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to provide clients with the most relevant advice.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Coach or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business principles, practices, and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to clients.
- Proven track record of helping businesses improve performance through coaching.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Indian or African businesses.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
