Machine Operator


We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Ajman. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines used in the production process. Your main goal will be to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to instructions
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Keep track of production output and report any issues or discrepancies
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and processes
- Good physical stamina and dexterity to handle machinery for long periods of time
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify defects in products
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Must be fluent in English (Indian nationality preferred)

Salary: $1100 per month (with accommodation)
