Head Baker - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are currently seeking an experienced Head Baker to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery operations including creating and testing new recipes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and training and supervising a team of bakers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and test new recipes for various baked goods
- Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure that ingredients are always available
- Train and supervise a team of bakers to ensure high-quality products and efficient operations
- Monitor baking processes to ensure consistency in product quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the bakery
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to create and test new recipes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
