Head Baker



As the Head Baker for our bakery in Al-Rayyan, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our baking operations. You will work closely with our team of bakers to ensure that our bakery produces high-quality baked goods that meet our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Create and develop new recipes for our bakery's product line
- Train and supervise a team of bakers, ensuring that they follow proper baking techniques and adhere to food safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of ingredients
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to create new products and promotions
- Ensure that all baked goods are consistently produced to meet quality standards
- Manage production schedules to meet customer demands while minimizing waste
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of baking equipment
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and ingredients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in creating unique recipes and adapting existing ones
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Education:
A degree or diploma in Baking or Pastry Arts is preferred but not required. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Compensation:
We offer a salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position. This is a great opportunity for an experienced baker looking to take the next step in their career.
