We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mecca. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals and targets. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new markets and opportunities for growth
- Manage and train the sales team
- Create and maintain relationships with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the local market in Mecca preferred
- Fluency in Urdu or other Pakistani languages required
