Restaurant Manager - Ar-Ruwais, Pakistan


Our busy restaurant in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and customer service, and managing a team of employees. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, including accommodation and free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, inventory, scheduling, and employee management.
- Ensure high-quality food and customer service standards are consistently met and maintained.
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and menu items.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee employee performance evaluations and provide coaching or disciplinary action when necessary.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
