We are in search of a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for surveying and mapping land areas, analyzing data, and creating reports for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical and analytical skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries and land features
- Use various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels to collect data
- Analyze collected data to create detailed maps and reports
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Prepare legal documents such as property descriptions and land title deeds
- Perform calculations using surveying software and mathematical formulas
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during field work
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and equipment maintenance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, levels, etc.
- Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts and ability to apply them
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and codes related to surveying
- Physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Muscat, Oman. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are willing to relocate.
