A renowned hotel in Medina, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and other sweet treats for our guests. Your main duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, baking, decorating, and presenting the final products.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience working as a Pastry Chef in a high-end establishment. You should also have excellent knowledge of different baking techniques and the ability to create unique and visually appealing desserts. Additionally, candidates must be able to work efficiently under pressure and have strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create a variety of desserts and pastries according to our menu
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Bake items in the appropriate temperature for the required time
- Decorate desserts with creativity and attention to detail
- Ensure that all products are presented in an appealing manner
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new ingredients as needed
- Train junior kitchen staff on pastry-making techniques
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different baking techniques
- Creativity and ability to present desserts in an attractive way
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Degree or certification from a culinary school is preferred
