Maintenance Specialist - Handyman (Indian)


We are in need of a skilled Maintenance Specialist who specializes in various handyman tasks. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair work on buildings, equipment, and facilities. Specifically, we are seeking a candidate with experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify any maintenance needs
- Perform general repairs including carpentry work such as building shelves and cabinets
- Handle basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks and unclogging drains
- Perform electrical work such as changing light fixtures and outlets
- Conduct regular maintenance on equipment such as air conditioners and appliances
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role (handyman or maintenance)
- Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs is required
- Ability to read blueprints and use various tools is preferred
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good physical dexterity with the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Other Requirements:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company. Applicants must have their own valid visa for working in Riyadh. This position is open to Indian nationals only.
