Barista for Coffee Shop in Al-Rayyan


We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a popular coffee shop in Al-Rayyan. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of different types of coffee and espresso-based drinks
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
- Customer service oriented with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Fluent English communication skills (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages according to customer orders
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing tables
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, menu items, ingredients, and pricing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods
