As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Nizwa. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. You will also be in charge of creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue and control costs. Your duties will include hiring and training employees, scheduling shifts, and monitoring inventory. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role is required. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month, free visa and ticket provided. Accommodation is not included.
