Restaurant Manager
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Nizwa. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining financial and inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules, ordering supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
- Train and supervise employees to ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the restaurant.
- Monitor inventory levels, track expenses, and ensure proper use of resources to maintain budget goals.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and maintain high-quality food standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English are essential. Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
