We are a busy restaurant located in the heart of Mecca, and we are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and guide them to their tables
- Present menus to guests and take their orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them during their meals and responding promptly to any requests or concerns
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and any menu changes
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with setting up tables and maintaining an organized dining area
- Adhere to all food safety standards and health codes

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with tips from satisfied customers. We also provide training opportunities for career growth within our company.
