International Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking experienced, customer-service oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Mecca. As an international establishment, we welcome applicants from all nationalities, with a preference for Indian and Egyptian candidates. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1000$, plus tips. No English language skills are required for this role, but fluency in Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, and assist them with any inquiries or requests
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are communicated to the kitchen
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and courteously
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Upsell menu items and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food and interacting with customers

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Fluency in Arabic preferred but not required
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
