Florist - Creative Floral Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Dubai. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings, events, and everyday orders. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in floral design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating unique and stunning floral arrangements.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements according to clients' preferences and event themes
- Selecting appropriate flowers, plants, and other decorative elements
- Arranging flowers in an aesthetically pleasing manner
- Maintaining the quality of flowers and plant materials
- Creating new designs using different techniques and materials
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations
- Managing inventory of supplies and ordering new materials when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist or floral designer
- Creative mindset with excellent design skills
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Attention to detail with the ability to create unique designs
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Physical stamina for standing long hours and lifting heavy objects
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Valid visa or willing to obtain one

Salary: 1400$ per month (tax-free)
