Wedding Planner - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia



As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for creating and coordinating the perfect wedding experience for our clients in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Your role will involve working closely with the couple to understand their vision and preferences, and then using your expertise to plan and execute their dream wedding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and requirements
- Source and negotiate with vendors for catering, venue, decorations, entertainment, etc.
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for all aspects of the wedding
- Manage RSVPs and guest list
- Coordinate all logistics on the day of the wedding
- Provide support to the couple throughout the planning process
- Ensure that all events adhere to cultural customs and traditions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation and budget management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local vendors in Jeddah is a plus
- Experience in planning Indian weddings is preferred

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month.
