Job Title: Cashier - Al-Malikiyah

As a Cashier in Al-Malikiyah, you will play a crucial role in our organization by providing excellent customer service and handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Your main responsibility will be to process payments from customers and provide them with their change, receipts, and proper documentation. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, balancing the cash register at the end of your shift, and reconciling any discrepancies.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven work experience as a cashier or in a similar role.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to spot numerical errors.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their purchases.
- Process all types of payments including cash, credit/debit cards, checks, gift cards, etc.
- Accurately count money in the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Ensure that all prices are entered correctly into the system.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area at all times.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Keep track of inventory levels for items sold at the checkout counter.
- Provide customers with receipts, change, proper documentation, or any other requested information.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
