Bayan, Kuwait based tutoring company is seeking a qualified and experienced English Tutor to join our team. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing individualized instruction to students of various ages and levels of proficiency in the English language. Your role will involve creating customized lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing feedback and support to help students improve their skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication and teaching skills, and a passion for helping others learn. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized lesson plans according to the needs and goals of each student
- Provide instruction in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes and tests
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their language skills
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student progress
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation
- Stay up-to-date with current teaching methods and resources in the field of English education

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an English Tutor or teacher
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor instruction to meet individual student needs
- Familiarity with various teaching methods and resources
- Passion for teaching and helping others learn

Preferred:
- Teaching certification
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of other languages
