Indian Wedding Planner in Doha, Qatar


We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a wedding planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing all aspects of weddings for Indian couples in Doha. This includes but is not limited to venue selection, vendor management, budget management, timeline creation, and on-site coordination on the day of the wedding.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

City:
This position is based in Doha, Qatar.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with knowledge of Indian wedding traditions and customs.
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
- Proven experience as a wedding planner or coordinator.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local vendors and venues in Doha is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision for the wedding and provide guidance on planning process.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage relationships throughout the planning process.
- Create detailed timelines for each event leading up to the wedding day.
- Manage budget and provide cost-effective solutions for clients.
- Coordinate all logistics including transportation, accommodations, catering, entertainment, etc.
- Oversee set-up and execution of events on the day of the wedding.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the event.
