Responsibilities:
- Perform general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks as needed
- Conduct routine inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Install and maintain appliances, fixtures, and equipment
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards and meets safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide satisfactory solutions

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to provide own hand tools
