Florist Supervisor



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Florist Supervisor to join our team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As the Florist Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our floral business, including designing and creating arrangements, managing inventory and budget, training and supervising staff, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of flowers and supplies
- Monitor budget and expenses to ensure profitability
- Train and supervise a team of florists to maintain high-quality standards in all floral designs
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs and answering any inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized work space to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Collaborate with vendors to source the best quality flowers at competitive prices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate them into our designs

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a florist or in a similar role
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care instructions, and their seasonal availability
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: $1400 per month

This is a full-time position that includes accommodation. Visa sponsorship is also available for non-EU residents. While this position is suitable for men, we welcome applicants of all genders who meet the job requirements.
